Hotel on the waterfront

Great modern hotel located next to the M & S Bank arena, on the waterfront. Handy for walking to Albert docks or into the City Centre. Easy check in, great rooms and helpful staff. Unable to comment on the food or drinks as didn’t use those facilities.

Glass in room!!

Stayed here before and loved it however this time was horrendous. Shards of glass all over the room which we left a note for the cleaners and the hotel never contacted us!! We would have complained at check out but he did not want to talk to us, he just wanted our room number and for us to go. Didn’t even ask how our stay was. Won’t be staying again.

Comfort hotel on The Docks

I chose the hotel to be near the venue for a concert I attended. It was a great choice. The rooms are very comfortable, beds comfy with several types of pillows to assure comfort. Everyone was kind and helpful - Tarik was especially friendly and helpful restocking supplies for me.

Lovely hotel. Clean and modern. Doorman asked if we needed help with our bags. Room had the most amazing panoramic view. We saw a Navy plane fly by, almost felt like it was in the room with us, so cool. Room clean and modern. Nice touches such as water, coffee machine. Toiletries in the bathroom to use such as cotton pads etc. Shampoo, conditioner and shower gel good quality. Comfy large bed. Peaceful sleep. Couldn't ask for more.

Fabulous hotel, right next to the ACC arena with waterfront view. Room 840 top floor windows on two sides, waterfall shower, Aircon, hot drinks, sitting area and huge bed. Clean, modern and comfortable. Efficent staff. We enjoyed breakfast in the restaurant. Overall we felt this was excellent value for money.
